Human Trafficking

Joyce Meyers just donated a million dollars to the Dream Center to build a floor just to house people who we saved from the world of Human Trafficking. This is what I Love about the Dream Center... first of all, whenever there is a need, they commit to filling it (like this one), without having any idea where the money or support will come from, and every single time God is faithful... second, they venture to do things that nobody else is doing... I don't remember the exact numbers Pastor Matthew gave us today but I believe he said that there are less then 50 beds in America used to house people who escape from this, and I think like only 5 of them are run by churches... isn't this the stuff the churches are suppose to be doing? Helping people change their lives, no matter where they are from?
And third, the Dream Center is a mob of people. I Love that they can bring these girls to the Dream Center with confidence and without fear of people coming after them, because when it does happen that someone comes for one of these girls that we rescued, its a guarantee that we have them outnumbered.... this cracks me up because he actually mentioned how we could handle situations like this... we have a lot of people that were suppose to be in jail but got to come here instead, and we will use them :)

Anyways, I know we aren't the only place on earth doing good, but this place sure is doing a lot of it, and I'm blessed beyond belief that I get to be involved in it at all, watching how much its grown even since we have been here is so amazing... and I do hope it continues to inspire churches to truly go out and make a difference in their communities, cause if everybody did it, we would change the world drastically.
